Tests you will need to complete to obtain your learners permit:

Motorcycle Theory Test (MTT)
This test consists of 35 multiple choice questions that relate to general road rules and motorcycles. You will require 28 or more correct answers in order to pass. Click on the link here for the practice quizzes

Eyesight Test
This test will be completed at the Licensing Centre when you apply for your learner’s permit. If you need any visual aids to pass the eyesight test, your licence will be endorsed to show that you must wear those aids when riding a motorcycle.

Medical Examination (If Necessary)
When applying for your licence you must declare whether you have any medical conditions and/or take any medication that may affect your ability to drive on your application. We will let you know if you need to undertake a medical examination and will provide instructions on what you need to do.
